In continuing the Build-A-Bear theme *no I do not work for nor am I associated with the company in any way, we just spend a lot of our time/money there lol* we have a ChloeRocks bento. ChloeRocks is their online spokesperson basically.

Kidlet has Chloe cheese on top of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich alongside carrots, grapes, and cherries. He is very happy with this BABW series of bento so far. Next week there will be more along with some Bakugan again.

Kidlet and I thought it would be fun to do a series of Build-A-Bear bento since we both love BABW and BABV so much. Nerds remember? So this is the character of Maxine Clark, Chief Executive Bear.

Maxine is food coloring markers on cheese on top of a peanut butter sandwich alongside grapes, apples, carrots, and cucumber!

So, yesterday's bento was a complete hit! All of Kidlet's buddies loved the Bakugan and the best part of all: The box came home completely empty. He ate every single bit and wasn't hungry after. Woo! It can be difficult with a growing boy to know how much food is enough so I was very happy to have struck the right amount on the first shot!

Today Kidlet got one of his favorite combinations in bento. A Morningstar Farms Riblet on top of rice with mixed Asian flavored vegetables, grapes, and checkered apple. All in his brand new Pokemon box that I failed to get a picture of the lid to. It's been a hectic morning.

Back to School Bakugan

So today is Kidlet's first day of 3rd grade. I managed to get him on the bus without crying and only teared a little as I walked home, alone. So sad. But I am excited to know that he will be having fun with his friends and learning all kinds of amazing things this year!

Kidlet is very in to Bakugan this year. So he asked for a symbol of Pyrus, one of the attributes a Bakugan can have. Don't ask me to explain further because I have no idea. I'm just parroting what he told me lol. So Kidlet has Pyrus cheese on a soy ham sandwich which rests on top of some cheerios snack mix. On the side are carrots, cucumber, grapes, checkered apple, and cherries.

Have a great day Kidlet!

Build-A-Bearville Bento

So, Kidlet and I play an online game called Build-A-Bearville. It's the game created by Build-A-Bear Workshop and you create a character and bring your furry friends to life and play games with them. Don't judge me. So Kidlet has been asking for his character in his Bento for a long time and I have finally given in.

Kidlet has his BABV character cheese on a soy ham sandwich along with carrots, dressing, checkered apple, cucumber, and cherries. He was very happy about this one!

What the frak?

So have I mentioned before that we are quite the geeky family over here? It's true, we are and proud of it! This is another bento that was not made for Kidlet. Crazy I know. My poor mom has to train for a brand new project at work for the next 5 weeks. So I thought giving her some of her favorite geeky things in lunch would perk her up!

My mom is a huge BSG fan! I am really quite proud of how this lunch turned out and I hope she enjoys seeing her show at lunch time :D The lunch includes a roast beef sandwich with BSG cheese, checkered apple, carrots, dressing, cucumber, and pretzels.
