Kidlet has a stuffed Panda that he got for his birthday last year. It went unnamed for a very long time. About a month ago Kidlet was playing and tackled me so I began hitting him with the paw of the Panda *gently of course* He stopped, looked at me and said "What are you doing?" I told him I was beating him with the Panda Paw of Doom. To that I got an eye roll and a "But Mama, it doesn't hurt! He has soft, sweet paddy paws!" And thus the Panda was dubbed PaddyPaws.

Kidlet has PaddyPaws of cheese on top of a soy sausage patty sandwich. To the side are grapes, cucumber, carrots, dressing, and a checkered apple.

And a happy Kidlet with his PaddyPaws!
Super job Jenn! Very artistically rendered!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, I love the panda! You are very artistic. I could never do something like that. I would need something to trace.
ReplyDeleteHello! Love the Bento....replying to your comment about how long it takes to make the Stormtrooper cake (didn't see your email inorder to reply). About 4 1/4 hours (to make cakes, frosting, fondant, and then decorate) which I spread over several days.....I think it would take me longer to make your intricate bentos....they are such art!
ReplyDeleteAw, that's such a cute name! My daughter didn't favor stuffed animals when she was little - just a white blanket that traveled with her everywhere like PigPen! We dubbed it the "stinky" blanket because she hated when I washed it!
ReplyDeleteHow did you get that apple checkered??
Checkered apples are very simple! I made a little how-to here:
