I met him in a swamp down in dagobah.....

So, Kidlet is obsessed with Star Wars as you may have already figured out. I like it too but when he starts going in to extreme detail I begin to daydream about dining sets. No seriously I do. Our table is jacked up and old and does not fit in the space of our tiny apartment. But it's functional and there it stays. So anyway, Kidlet requested Yoda for his bento yesterday. WRINKLES ARE HARD. the end.

Cheese and food color Yoda sits smugly atop a soy ham sandwich. On the side are pretzels, grapes, carrots, and strawberries.

On Sunday Build-A-Bear Workshop hosted an awesome Star Wars event to celebrate their new Star Wars bear and outfits! Woo! Of course, loving both Star Wars and BABW, we were so there!

Kidlet with his bear and Darth Vader. This guys was like 7 million feet tall. Seriously.

Kidlet and bear with a Snow Trooper and a pilot of some kind. Please don't kill me for failing to know the name :P

Kidlet is so in love with this bear it isn't even funny. It plays the theme song and the lightsaber even makes action noises. Crazy!

And since you couldn't really see it in the other pics, check out Kidlet's awesome tee! Also, I don't know where his eyes go when he smiles.

  2. Woh, Darth Vader that close up would give me the jeebies! We just got MisterMan the DV costume and he LOVES it so much. He's bummed his lightsaber is the blue one though, and therefore cannot be used with the costume.
Great job with Yoda. I know what you mean about the wrinkles. He's lucky they look good on him!

  6. :-) We were at Build A Bear this weekend too. I only posted pics on FB not my blog. AJ wasn't sure how close he wanted to get to Darth Vader, but when his back was turned he ran over and touched his cape, LOL.
