Kidlet has been eagerly awaiting this day! Happy Lunar New Year! This marks the first day of the Year of the Dragon, which is exciting for Kidlet because he was born in the Year of the Dragon!
I found this description of Year of The Dragon people: The Dragon is a beautiful creature, colorful and flamboyant. An extroverted bundle of energy, gifted and utterly irrepressible, everything Dragons do is on a grand scale - big ideas, ornate gestures, extreme ambitions.
Dragon is cheese and food color markers sitting on a soy ham and manchego cheese sandwich. On the side are carrots, checkered apple, strawberries, and blackberries.
That is absolutely the cutest dragon! I love his expression.

ReplyDeleteLove your cheerful and friendly dragon! I believe Kidlet is gold dragon, born in 2000 right? Anyway, happy lunar year Jenn!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely too cute! Just looked it up & Johnny was born in the year of the dog (Fire Dog, to be more specific). He'll love knowing that and some of the write-ups I've read match him SO well: These people are adventurous and vivacious, yet, honest and openhearted. However, because they are so active, they are generally not the settle down type.
ReplyDeleteUhhhh ... yeah. He just got his ADHD diagnosis! "No, doctor, it's not really ADHD ... he's just a Fire Dog!" LOL!)
Super cute Jenn! Happy Chinese New Year!
