Once you've picked the perfect box, filled it with delicious healthy foods, and put it in a bag you may still find that something is missing. When I was little my mom would write love notes to us on our paper napkins and at 30 that memory still sticks with me. A simple note can convey so much to a child.
Now, in the age of everything re-useable paper napkins are becoming a thing of the past. So what are you supposed to write on now? Well, when I first discovered Lunchbox Love I was thrilled! They have love notes for anyone you could ever want to show love to! Kids, Teens and Tweens, Loved Ones, Co-Workers, Girlfriends......it's amazing! And although they are made from paper we have re-used ours many times.
Want some notes of your own to start the school year off right? The generously awesome people at Lunchbox Love have agreed to give away some notes to one of YOU! Wooo! So enter to win because well, it only takes a second and free stuff is cool!

ReplyDeleteI use Lunchbox Love notes in all three of my kids' lunches every day! I still write them personal notes on occasion, too, but the Lunchbox Love notes are sweet and my kids love the facts on them!

My girls are still sleeping at 8:15 CST and I am happy to be drinking coffee in my home office. Have a wonderful day to you too!
ReplyDeleteI packed the first lunch of the school year today! My Kindergartener didn't want school lunch. He got strawberries, cheese cubes, carrots, and an apple w peanut butter. I am trying to think more "outside the box" with lunches since he doesn't really like sandwiches. He isn't my only school goer though. I also have a 2nd, 5th, 7th, 8th and 12th. LOL
ReplyDeleteThese are coooooooo cool :D
ReplyDeletemy kids are actually getting along right now...I got to enjoy coffee in peace lol

ReplyDeleteSo, over the weekend we took the kids up to visit my parents and some friends. On Sunday we met friends at the beach and had a blast. One invited Beaker home to play with her little boy at one point. As we were leaving, he seemed upset and sad. I hugged my friend and said goodbye and Beaker said, "Do I have to go with them now?" He totally thought we were giving him away. Poor boo! We assured him that he would definitely be coming home with us and we would never give up our sweet boy.
ReplyDeleteHow has your week been?

ReplyDeleteI LOVE that you used the quote "While there's life, there's hope". Since being diagnosed with multiple (10+) chronic pain and illness conditions, HOPE has become "my word". My whole bedroom is decked out in the word hope. I collect things that say hope and love to cover my walls with reminders of that very quote. :) I get excited when I see someone else using the word, too.
ReplyDeleteBlurry eyed from driving in the rain for 3 hours, but road trip was awesome.

ReplyDeleteMy Kindergartener son asked his 2 yo little sister, in all seriousness, if she was a pirate or a dootie-face... Her very serious response was "Ummm, I a dootie-face". Haha, lovin' the sibling conversations these days!
